The Fine Points…

  • Wendy prescribes Health Canada approved hormone therapy, including estradiol patches, gels, oral, vaginal, as well as micronized progesterone and transdermal testosterone.
  • This service does not replace primary health care. Wendy does not perform physical exams, IUD insertions, or pap smears. If you are having undiagnosed vaginal bleeding, please seek urgent care.
  • Wendy can not provide hormone therapy to clients with cancer; please consult your Oncologist.
  • Wendy believes that hormone therapy is one tool; the value of balanced nutrition, exercise, sleep hygiene, and stress management are vital components of menopause care.
  • Dr. Gunter states, "The only predictable thing about the menopause transition is its unpredictability"
